Transit times vary by route: under 500 km typically takes 2–4 days; 500–1,500 km takes 4–7 days; cross-country or 1,500 km+ routes take 7–12 days. These are transit times — factor in 1–2 days for carrier assignment and scheduling before pickup. We provide a confirmed delivery window when you book.
Yes. All vehicles are covered under carrier transit insurance from loading to delivery. The base coverage handles damage caused during transit. For luxury, vintage, or high-value vehicles, we offer enhanced declared-value coverage. You receive insurance documentation before pickup. Claims are processed within 7–10 business days with photo evidence from the inspection reports.
You may keep personal items under 50 kg, placed only in the boot (not the cabin or back seat). Personal belongings are not covered by transit insurance — do not leave electronics, documents, jewellery, or anything irreplaceable. The extra weight can also attract a small surcharge above 50 kg.
We transport non-running vehicles. Select “Non-running” in the form so we can dispatch a carrier equipped with a winch or forklift. There is typically a small additional fee of ₹800–₹2,000 depending on the situation. Please ensure the steering is unlocked and tyres are inflated if possible, to make loading easier.
We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, credit/debit cards, and cash. A 20–30% advance is collected at booking confirmation to assign your carrier. The remaining balance is paid at delivery — cash or digital. Full prepayment is available at a 5% discount. You receive a GST invoice for the full amount.
After booking, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. Updates are sent at key milestones: departure, major city crossings, estimated arrival, and final delivery. You also have the direct contact number of your assigned carrier for any real-time questions.
Delays are communicated proactively — no additional charges for extra transit days. For damage, the pre-pickup condition report and photos serve as official documentation. File a claim with our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We mediate with the insurer and target resolution within 10 business days. Our 98.6% damage-free delivery record means this situation is rare, but we handle it swiftly when it arises.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup receive a full advance refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 25% cancellation fee. Within 24 hours, the advance is forfeited. Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance, subject to carrier availability. We always try to accommodate changes where possible.
